How to use
Brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day, or better yet, after every meal, if possible (unless your dentist or doctor tells you otherwise). In children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount of paste and supervise them so that they do not swallow the product.
Keep the product out of the reach of children under 6 years of age. If you receive additional fluoride from other sources, consult your dentist or doctor. This product contains sodium monofluorophosphate.
