Use

Mix 1.8 g of the product with 350 ml of water (you can drink it hot or cold). Consume a maximum of 3 servings a day (contains 100mg of caffeine per serving).

Camellia sinensis is a plant found in several tea ingredients, such as matcha green tea, orange pekoe tea, and green tea. This plant provides natural antioxidants.

Guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana) is a plant source of caffeine.
