Payments

You can pay by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron), Paypal.

When paying by card, you pay directly to the bank through a secure gateway; it's impossible for anyone to intercept your payment information.

Shipping costs

For purchases over €200/USD200, there are no shipping costs. For orders under €200, the cost is €4.99.

In direct orders to the brand Nu Skin, the expenses are those stipulated by the brand.

Delivery times

NuSkin orders have a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.

If home or office delivery is difficult, there are drop-off points available upon request.

Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, a tracking number will be sent so you can track it at all times.

Defective or incorrect items

If you exceptionally receive an incorrect or defective product, write to berdelay@gmail.com, sending us photos of the product.

Returns

This website was created by an independent Brand Affiliate. This website was not created or endorsed by Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. or its affiliated companies.

You may return unopened products under the following conditions:

NUSKIN products can be canceled, returned, or exchanged up to 3 months after the delivery date. If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, we will fully refund you, including the initial delivery charges. If you decide to return it within 3 months of purchase, but outside of this 14-day period, we will still issue a full refund, excluding delivery charges.

* The order can be cancelled completely or partially.
**Excludes the additional cost for express delivery. Initial shipping charges will only be refunded if the entire order is canceled.

If you wish to exchange products, please contact us at berdelay@gmail.com dentwithin three months of purchase and inform us of your decision to change the order. You will then receive a reference number.

We will request authorization for the return to Nu Skin, and we will send you the return number and the address of the warehouses of Nu Skin to which the product must be sent.

We'll exchange your product(s) as soon as we receive it (and within 14 days). If an exchange isn't possible, we'll give you:

• credit to purchase other products, or

• a full refund of the purchase price

After these periods have elapsed, no changes or returns of Products will be accepted.
