Payments, shipments and returns
Payments
You can pay by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron), Paypal.
When paying by card, you pay directly to the bank through a secure gateway; it is impossible for anyone to intercept the payment data.
Shipping costs
For orders over 100 EUR/100 USD, there are no shipping costs. For orders below this, the cost is €4.99.
For direct orders to Nu Skin in your country, the costs are those stipulated by the brand.
Delivery times
NuSkin orders have a delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.
If delivery to your home or office is difficult, there are drop-off points that can be requested.
Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, a tracking number will be sent so that the order can be tracked at all times.
Defective or incorrect items
If you exceptionally receive an incorrect or defective product, write to berdelay@gmail.com, sending us photos of the product.
Returns
This website has been created by an independent Brand Affiliate. This website has not been created or endorsed by Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. or its affiliates.
You may return unopened products under the following conditions:
NUSKIN products can be cancelled, returned or exchanged up to 3 months after the delivery date. If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, we will give you a full refund, including the initial delivery charges. If you decide to return it within 3 months of purchase, but outside this 14-day period, we will still give you a full refund, excluding delivery charges.

**Excluding the additional cost for express delivery. Initial shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is cancelled.
If you want to exchange the products, please contact us at berdelay@gmail.com dentwithin three months of purchase and inform us of your decision to change your order. You will then receive a reference number.
We will request authorization for the return from Nu Skin, and we will send you the return number and the address of the Nu Skin warehouse to which the product must be sent.
We will exchange the products as soon as we receive them (and within 14 days thereafter).If the exchange is not possible, we will give you:
• credit to purchase other products, or
• a full refund of the purchase price
After these periods, changes or returns of Products will not be accepted.
